What's the difference between a $4.99 one-off AI report and a Pro/Agency subscription?

A one-off report answers a question you have today about one app, paid once. A subscription keeps the answer current: every tracked app on Pro or Agency gets a fresh report about once a month, included in the plan price with no separate charge per report.

What does an AI report actually contain?

A decision you can act on and share: up to 5 ranked, specific recommendations, backed by an executive summary, a cross-platform comparison (App Store vs Play Store) when the app has both, and a competitor comparison against real category averages and named peers where category data allows — as a downloadable PDF.

What's the difference between watchlisted and tracked?

Watchlisting keeps an eye on as many apps as you like — free and unlimited. Tracking is for the handful you want worked on: those use your plan's slots on Pro or Agency, get the auto-refreshed report, and appear in CSV export.

What does the CSV export include?

Your tracked apps in your own spreadsheet or deck: for each one, the name, platform(s), category, current sentiment score, category rank, 30-day sentiment change, and the date of its last report.

Can I add team members on Agency?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your colleagues or clients can read the same findings without a second subscription. Invite up to 3 additional people (4 total including you) at no extra cost. Members get read-only access to your tracked apps, comparison reports and Agency reports; they cannot track or untrack apps, request comparisons, export data, or manage the plan or team. Only the plan owner can invite or remove members.

Is there an API?

Will I be charged during the free trial?

Accepted Answer

No — every plan starts with a real 7-day free trial. A card is required to start one, but it's not charged until the trial ends.

Can I switch between Pro and Agency?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time — it's a real, immediate plan swap on your existing subscription (not a new purchase), and your trial (if still active) carries over unchanged. Switching down to Pro is blocked if you're currently tracking more than 5 apps — remove some first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancelling stops automatic renewal, but you keep full access until your current paid period (or trial) ends — no partial refund for time already paid, and reports you've already bought stay yours. You can turn renewal back on any time before that date with one click.
