Here's how it works: · Take a short online assessment to define your symptoms. · Choose a plan that best fits your needs and addresses your symptoms. · Review a panel of doctors and therapists who are licensed and credentialed in your state and available to provide care directly to you · Choose a healthcare professional who best suits your needs · Set up regular synchronous tele mental health care video visits or phone chats with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional and care team Use the Cerebral app to: · Participate in your one-on-one telehealth visit through video or phone with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional on your schedule · Contact your care team with questions about scheduling, medications & more · Track medication refills, if clinically indicated and prescribed · Monitor your progress · Access mindfulness, self-care, & CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) exercises
